Do I need to give an email or phone number?
No. Fiabelle never asks for an email, phone number, or real name — and there is no account at all, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to. You open the app and start.
How do I move to a new phone?
Settings → Export writes your whole ledger to one file. Send it to the new phone however you like — AirDrop, Files, a message — and use Import there. Since nothing of yours is kept on a server, that file is the handover. Keep a copy somewhere safe: if a phone is lost and you have neither an export nor a device backup, the ledger goes with it. There is no code we could look up for you, because we hold nothing.
Is Fiabelle connected to my bank or crypto exchange?
No. Fiabelle links no bank, card, or exchange and moves no money. Every balance and transaction is entered manually by your family. It's a tracker, not a wallet.
What data does Fiabelle collect about us?
None. Everything you type in — nicknames, avatars, balances, transactions and loans — stays on your own phone and is never sent to us. There is no Fiabelle server holding a copy. See the privacy policy for details.
Can the family share across several phones?
Not automatically. Fiabelle keeps the whole family ledger on one phone, which is what lets it work with no account and no server. You can hand a copy to another phone with Export and Import, but the two then keep their own ledgers rather than syncing.
Where do the crypto and currency prices come from?
Straight from public providers: Binance for crypto (CoinGecko if Binance is unavailable), and Frankfurter, which publishes European Central Bank rates, for currencies. The app asks for one fixed list of codes and tickers, identical on every phone and not based on what your family owns — so the request reveals nothing about you. Stock prices are entered manually — the app can open a lookup page in your browser, but it never requests a stock price itself.
Which platforms are supported?
iPhone only. Fiabelle is an iPhone app and this release ships nowhere else — not iPad, not Android.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete family erases every member, wallet, entry and photo from the device. Since nothing was ever sent anywhere, that is the whole deletion — there is no server copy to request and no form to fill in. Deleting the app removes the same data. You can also remove individual members or entries at any time.
